will provide market research and submit competitive surveys for your positions. Soilidhr360
will assist in the development of standard and customized reports conducting
wage and salary surveys and range adjustment recommendations.
Employee Surveys
Soilidhr360 will create, conduct,
analyze and package employee surveys encompassing; performance evaluations,
compensation and salary structure analysis, benefits satisfaction surveys,
employee satisfaction survey and exit surveys.
HR Metrics Reporting
Soilidhr360 will evaluate your HRIS
reporting needs and make sure that those needs are met. We will provide on-going turnover and
attrition reporting, compensation and benefits analysis, including the
comparison of new plans or modifications to existing plans. Soilidhr360 will provide monthly reporting specific to recruitment, employee
relations and retention, employee relations actions and events.
Job Descriptions and
Maintenance
With
our extensive database of job descriptions, Soilidhr360 will create and
implement a standardized job description format and provide you with the
maintenance tools for preparing, updating, revising, and maintaining job descriptions for all
departments and disciplines of your company structure to ensure compliance with
internal operating procedures and federal requirements including, NLSA, OSHA
and ADA
regulations.
